Mike Barczak3 July 2026Amazing customer service.I went and looked out a trailer.They gave me pricing on the spot with taxes for my residence.They included a price on a spare tire. I told him I needed a few days to figure things out a week later.I called told him I want that exact trailer.They had it pulled ready to go.Paperwork started when I arrived.It took all of about ten minutes for me to sign and pay and pick up my trailer. Within 1 week, Anthony and his team had ordered in a front bumper, had both the bed and bumper installed on the truck and a new flatbed trailer hooked up to it for us to haul home! This team claims to have “honest pricing”. When I did my own research they up charge by $400. I asked if they were willing to budge on the price since competitors are selling it for less and they said no their margins are not large enough. See for yourself: homedepot price for the Karavan 5x8 sliding rail system. The better trailer with the fold up rail system is still $200 cheaper than their ask elsewhere.Posted on Google

We actually started at another dealer, but apparently wanting to purchase two trailers did not warrant return phone calls or friendly service. So we tried Jayhawk and they were great. Helpful, friendly, reasonable on pricing, and they were willing to deliver the trailers to us in NW Colorado. The salesperson, whose last name is Valdivia, treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. His attitude made us feel as though he was doing us a favor instead of simply doing his job. We felt unwelcome and undervalued as customers. This experience reflects poorly on the business. Customer service should always be respectful and professional. I hope management addresses this issue, as experiences like this make customers reconsider returning. I went to a number of dealers who were all very polite, but ultimately just tried to sell me what they had. Expected the same when I got to Jayhawk, but the experience was totally different. Ivan was amazing to work with, and he knows his stuff! He spent a fair amount of time with me understanding my needs and providing options. We settled on a manufacturer, model and options. He took care of the order, and keeping me informed of the fabrication process. And a shout out to Rosa for taking care of the title work. All went very smoothly. The Diamond-T trailer I purchased is simply amazing! Built to spec, trails like it is on rails, handles loads wonderfully. Could not be happier. Kyle who put the flatbed on my new truck went above and beyond the job by painting some parts that ford left to rust that is good service. I ended up needing a ride the next day to get my truck and Rosa in accounts receivable spoke up offering to pick me up the next morning to ride with her.
