MAXX-D Trailers in Denver, Colorado
Built in Brookston, Texas. Stocked in Commerce City.
MAXX-D Trailers has been building in Texas since September 1999, when founder Allen Kornelsen started the company as Maxey Trailers Mfg. More than 100,000 trailers later, it is still family owned and every unit is still built in Brookston, Texas. We keep a working selection of MAXX-D trailers on our Commerce City lot, and the mix leans toward what Colorado contractors actually ask for: dumps, roll-offs, and heavy gooseneck haulers.
Every trailer also gets a six-step powder coat primer and paint process before it leaves the plant. That finish matters more here than it does in a lot of places. Mag chloride on Front Range winter roads is hard on steel, so paint that holds up is not a small detail.
Popular MAXX-D Trailers We Stock
Telescopic Dump Trailers
Our 7x14 and 7x16 telescopic dumps run 8K axles and use a telescoping cylinder instead of a scissor hoist. You get a steadier lift under a heavy, wet load and a taller dump angle when the last of it needs to slide out.
Scissor Hoist Dump Trailers
The 7x14 dump on 8K axles is the everyday unit. Dirt, rock, asphalt millings, demo debris. Rear slide-in ramps and a tarp kit come standard from MAXX-D, so you are not buying extras just to start working.
Gooseneck Dumps and Roll-Offs
Step up to a gooseneck and you gain capacity along with a much better tow. We stock the 7x16 telescopic gooseneck dump and the 7x14 gooseneck roll-off. The roll-off swaps between bins and a flat deck, which is what makes it pay for dumpster rental and cleanup work.
Roll-Off Bins
We keep 14 foot MAXD roll-off bins on the lot so you can run more bins than trailers. Drop a full one, grab an empty, keep the truck moving.
Tandem Dual Deckover Equipment Haulers
The 8.5x32 and 8.5x34 hydraulic dovetail goosenecks are rated at 25.9K GVWR. Push a button, the tail lays down, and you drive the machine on. No ramps to wrestle and no ramp angle problems with a low clearance skid steer or a mini excavator.
Why MAXX-D Trailers Hold Up
MAXX-D backs 2024 and newer trailers with a 5 year structural warranty covering the frame rails, tongue or neck, and cross members, plus 2 years bumper to bumper on parts and labor. That is real coverage on the parts that fail expensively. Beyond the warranty, the build is straightforward Texas steel with a powder coat finish made for weather, and the company is moving its lineup to Dexter axles. You can see the full lineup and specs on the MAXX-D Trailers site, and we will help you match a trailer to your truck and your work.
