Trailer Welding and Fabrication
Steel that carries a load has to be repaired properly or it will fail again in the same place. Our welders handle structural work, not cosmetic patches.
Frames, dump doors, couplers, ramps and gates, aluminum, and one-off fabrication, at our Commerce City and Fort Lupton shops.

What we weld
The work that comes through the shop most often.
Why the repair matters more than the weld
A trailer frame flexes every mile it tows. When a member cracks, the crack is usually telling you where the load is going, and welding over it without dealing with the cause puts the next crack in the same place a few months later. That is the difference between a patch and a repair, and it is why we look at what moved before we strike an arc.
Aluminum as well as steel
Aluminum trailers and components are repairable too, and they turn up more often now that so many utility and enclosed trailers are built from it. Bring it in and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or replacing.
Custom fabrication
If you need a bracket, a rack, a tie-down point or a modification that no one sells off the shelf, we build it. Custom fabrication is welcome. Bring us the problem rather than the solution and we will work out the best way to do it.
Welding is one of thirteen groups our shop handles. The rest are listed on the trailer service page, and parts are available through trailer parts.
Bring us the problem
